Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Consulting by Frank Marino & Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support and grow our recruiting efforts across hospitality, foodservice, and related sectors. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, ideal for a seasoned recruiter who enjoys owning searches end to end, working directly with clients, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.


In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across house and owned accounts, serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates, while ensuring submissions are thoughtful, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.


Beyond recruiting execution, you will assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships. This includes understanding client culture and business needs, providing market insight, and helping identify opportunities to expand existing relationships or support new business development efforts. 


This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches simultaneously
  • Partner directly with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings and interviews
  • Submit candidates with clear, well-organized, and honest assessments
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate tracking and communication across all active searches
  • Support relationship management with existing clients and assist in growing new accounts
  • Represent the firm professionally with candidates and clients at all times

Ideal Background

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in hospitality, foodservice, or adjacent industries
  • Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract environment
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
