Frank Marino

OWNER / OPERATOR

Frank Marino brings 30+ years of hospitality experience to the table as a resourceful and skilled recruiter and consultant who heavily relies on collaboration and communication to achieve success. He worked in culinary roles for 15 years and front-of-house management for 12 before discovering executive recruiting as his calling. He began his recruiting career at Hospitality International as an executive recruiter, where he mastered the art of sourcing, recruiting, and building relationships.

 

Before starting his own Consulting, firm Frank was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at OTG, reopening all of OTG’s operations and corporate headquarters post Covid. Being responsible for developing in instituting a complete Recruiting and Talent Acquisition process for all OTG’s operations and the corporate office. Frank was also an integral leader for Patina Restaurant Group/Delaware North and Restaurant Associates/Compass Group for two decades, developing and overseeing the recruiting process and leading the training and development departments. He also supported the opening of New York Times-rated and Michelin-starred restaurants across the nation. Notably, Frank worked closely with Chef Jonathan Benno and his team to support the opening of Lincoln Ristorante.

 

When Frank is not leading a team of professionals or hiring the brightest candidates, he can be found exploring the latest restaurants, scouring greenmarkets for fresh and fun ingredients, or whipping up a fabulous meal for his family and friends. Frank has two sons, Francesco III and Sean.

Francesco leads recruitment efforts across the hospitality, food service, and grocery retail sectors, placing top-tier talent in roles that demand both operational expertise and cultural alignment. His strength lies in understanding the unique dynamics of each business and delivering candidates who drive impact. Francesco’s ability to build rapport, assess potential, and provide business-minded solutions has earned him a strong reputation with clients and candidates alike.

Newly married and entrepreneurial by nature, Francesco is always exploring new business ventures alongside his recruiting work. He’s passionate about building long-term relationships, supporting team development, and contributing to the growth of both companies and individuals. His mix of professional focus and personal drive makes him a valuable partner in any talent strategy. In his spare time, you will find Francesco at home with his family and their adorable white bulldog, Luna.

Ashley Potts
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

With more than two decades of leadership in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Ashley brings a strategic, people-first approach to every engagement. Her connection to hospitality began early, working in restaurants and country clubs throughout high school and college, where she discovered her passion for service and people. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, laying the foundation for her collaborative, people-centered leadership style.

Ashley has held leadership roles with respected brands including Hilton and Amtrak, where she led full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and employer branding in complex, fast-paced environments. Known for her intuitive ability to identify talent that aligns with culture and business goals, she creates hiring experiences that are thoughtful, professional, and reflective of each organization’s values. Her focus remains constant: helping organizations grow through their most powerful asset, their people.

Outside of work, Ashley channels her creativity into her love of cooking and coastal living. She resides outside of Boston with her husband, son, and two dogs, and spends summers along the Maine coast, where she enjoys the region’s classic charm, beautiful beaches, and fresh seafood.

Quenta Niles
SENIOR MANAGER OF CULTURE & TALENT DEVELOPMENT

Quenta is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts and a bachelor's in Food Service Management. She has over a decade of experience in restaurant operations, supporting a range of concepts from contemporary casual and retail brands like Maison Kayser and Bubby’s to elevated, fine-dining-standard service environments such as Quality Branded and NoHo Hospitality — where she honed her expertise in team development, guest experience, and operational excellence. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and trained facilitator.

She later transitioned into a corporate leadership role at Momofuku, where she led company-wide initiatives spanning onboarding, training, learning and development, and employee experience across restaurants, corporate teams, and the growing CPG business. Quenta is known for building strategic, people-centered programs—from launching Employee Resource Groups and performance cycles to managing tech rollouts like Learning Management Systems, recognition tools, and hospitality systems.

Quenta partners with Frank Marino and Associates to provide services in people and culture strategy, training and enablement, and operations and service excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting with her Cricut, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her two miniature poodles, Sevynn and Romeo.

Kat Rossos
National Business Development Manager

Kat is a solution-focused project manager and strategic communications professional with a background in client engagement, strategy, and science. She specializes in helping organizations identify growth opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, and translate complex goals into clear, actionable plans. Whether facilitating high-stakes client meetings, launching new organizational programs and initiatives, or refining outreach strategies, Kat brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does. Her strengths lie in asking the right questions, spotting untapped opportunities, and creating connection points that help businesses grow.

Kat is a self-declared “Weekend Warrior.” When she’s not at her desk supporting clients, you can find her exploring a city near you—on the hunt for the perfect wine happy hour or digging through thrift shop racks in search of her next up-cycle project.

Sean Marino
Director of Administrative Services

Sean Marino is an emerging professional and valued addition to our administrative and leadership team. Recently, he began his journey with a degree in Advanced Economics from St. John’s University, showcasing his true understanding of business, deep curiosity, and desire to continue learning. Sean brings to the team a background in customer service and a keen interest in operational excellence. Sean is passionate about helping businesses enhance guest experiences and improve performance.

With his deep appreciation for music and culture, Sean is better able to connect with like-minded individuals and collaborate in bringing life and authenticity to any business. Though new to the hospitality industry, Sean brings a fresh perspective and strong analytical thinking. He’s excited and determined to build his expertise and continue contributing to projects that drive meaningful improvement for FM&A and its clients.

Derek J Reason
Talent Acquisition Consultant

Derek Reason possesses over 20 years of leadership and managerial recruiting experience, encompassing Hospitality, Food Service, Environmental Services, Clinical Healthcare Technology, Corrections, Corporate Business and Industry, and Facilities Maintenance. He is comfortable presenting to C-Suite executives and brings an abundant amount of energy, a strong customer service focus, creativity, dedication, and deep staffing knowledge and acumen.

In addition, his professional background includes a 23-year military career in the United States Air Force, with assignments worldwide. He is the recipient of numerous meritorious and commendation awards for exceptional leadership and job performance. He also served as a Military Relations Manager with Compass Group, NAD.

Derek holds a Masters of Science degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University, and an Associate's degree from the Community College of the Air Force. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Derek is a devoted Eagles fan. He currently resides in Saint Johns, FL, with his wife, Renee and their dog, Bullet.
