Frank Marino brings 30+ years of hospitality experience to the table as a resourceful and skilled recruiter and full consultant who heavily relies on collaboration and communication to achieve success. He worked in culinary 15 years and front of the house management for 12 before finding Executive recruiting as his calling. Starting out at Hospitality International as an executive recruiter, where he learned the true art of sourcing, recruiting and building relationships. Before joining OTG Frank was an integral leader for Patina Restaurant Group/Delaware North and Restaurant Associates/Compass Group for 2 decades, developing and overseeing the recruiting process and leading the training and development departments, while supporting the opening of New York Times rated and Michelin starred restaurants across the nation. Frank worked closely with Chef Jonathan Benno and team, supporting the opening of Lincoln Ristorante. When Frank is not leading a team of professionals or hiring the brightest of candidates, he can be found checking out the latest restaurants, scouring the greenmarkets for fresh and fun ingredients, or whipping up a fabulous meal for his family and friends. Frank has two sons Francesco III and Sean.

In addition, his professional background consists of a 23-year military career in the United States Air Force serving in assignments worldwide and being the recipient of many meritorious and commendation awards for exceptional leadership and job performance. He also served

as a Military Relations Manager with Compass Group, NAD.

Possesses a Masters, Science Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University, Bachelor, Science Degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University, and an Associates Degree, from The Community College of the Air Force. Derek is originally from

Philadelphia PA and is a devoted “Eagles” fan! He currently resides in Saint Johns, FL with his wife, Renee’ and canine “Bullet”.
